I had a great stay, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast and the quick check-in process. However, the pool area could use better maintenance. I might choose this place again.

my previous stay in kenner was okay, but this time was much better. the staff were helpful and accommodating during our visit, making everything feel welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked cookies in the lobby. they were a delightful touch.

The air conditioning worked great, but I found insects in my bed.

Check-in was frustrating. the room wasn't ready, and after an hour wait, it lacked hot water and had low pressure. The staff seemed overwhelmed, directing us to third-party services instead of addressing the issues directly. On a positive note, the lobby was welcoming and the room temperature was comfortable upon arrival. Additionally, I appreciated the fresh cookies available in the lobby, which added a nice touch to the experience.

Cleaning issues were apparent, with dirty bathrooms and unmade beds upon arrival!!! Additionally, the lack of consistent hot water and noticeable unpleasant odors throughout the hotel significantly detract from the experience!!!
